Flathead Reservation Fish and Wildlife Board to meet May 31 in Charlo

KALISPELL – The Flathead Reservation Fish and Wildlife Board will meet Wednesday, May 31. All interested persons are invited to attend.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at Ninepipe Lodge, 69286 US-93 South, Charlo.

The May 31 meeting will feature updates from Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes Natural Resources Department staff and review of a draft version of the 2024-2025 Flathead Reservation non-member bird hunting and fishing regulations.

The board is composed of tribal and state appointees and a representative of the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The board is advisory to the state and tribes and is responsible for the development of cooperative management plans, which include fishing and bird hunting regulations.
