Tournament will be held at Fresno Reservoir west of Havre. Water conditions are projected to be favorable for the tournament, and the entire lake will be in bounds. Friday, Saturday format. Rules meeting is Thrusday nite and the Fresno Chapter is providing a complimentary meal!
