FWP – Holter Walleye Daily Limit Survey Due Date

FWP has a new survey on fishing regulations. One is on the walleye limits in the Missouri River below Holter. FWP wants 20 walleye a day as the limit below Holter and we would like to see the same limit there as on the rest of the river. That limit is 5 daily & 10
